Autmic is a B2B industrial marketplace operated by Purics Creation Pvt Ltd, registered in India. References to "Autmic", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Purics Creation Pvt Ltd. Our platform connects industrial buyers, machine vendors, contractors, and service providers.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Full name, email address, and phone number
Company name, GST number, and business registration details
City, state, and country of operation
Password (stored in encrypted form — never in plain text)

2.2 Platform Activity

Machinery listings you create, browse, or enquire about
RFQs (Requests for Quote) you submit or respond to
Reviews and ratings you submit
Messages and communications with other platform users
Service tickets, AMC contracts, and installation records

2.3 Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd. Autmic does not store full card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

2.4 Technical Information

IP address and browser/device type
Pages visited and session duration
Cookies and local storage identifiers (see Section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account
To facilitate connections between buyers, vendors, and service providers
To process subscription payments via Razorpay
To send transactional emails (enquiry alerts, quote notifications, account activity)
To display your business profile to relevant buyers or vendors on the platform
To generate aggregated, anonymised platform analytics for product improvement

4. Information Sharing

Autmic does not sell, rent, or trade your personaird parties for marketing purposes.

We share data only in the following circumstances:

Between platform participants: When a buyer submits an RFQ or enquiry, their contact details and requirements are shared with the relevant vendor or contractor to facilitate the transaction.
Payment processor: Razorpay receives the information required to process subscription payments.
Service providers: Cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics tools that process data on our behalf under contractual data protection obligations.
Legal obligation: When required by law, court order, or government authority in India.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove personally identifiable data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., GST transaction records for 7 years under Indian tax law).
