Refund & Cancellation Policy
Razorpay-compliant refund terms for all Autmic subscriptions and services.

1. Scope
This policy applies to all payments made on autmic.com to Purics Creation Pvt Ltd, including vendor subscription plans, lead generation fees, and any other charges processed via Razorpay. It does not govern refunds for transactions directly between buyers and vendors (which are subject to the respective vendor's own refund terms).
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Free Plan
No payment required. No refund applicable.
2.2 Verified Vendor Plan (₹499/month)
- Subscription is billed monthly in advance.
- You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of initial subscription and have not utilised any paid features (e.g., no RFQs received, no Verified badge displayed), you may request a full refund by emailing support@autmic.com. Refunds under this clause are at Autmic's discretion.
2.3 Growth Plan (₹1,999/month)
- Same cancellation terms as Verified Vendor Plan.
- No partial refunds for the billing period.
- 24-hour discretionary refund window applies on first subscription only.
2.4 Enterprise Plan
Enterprise plans are subject to a separate written agreement. Refund terms are defined in that agreement.
3. IoT / Factory Monitor Add-on
- IoT monitoring subscriptions are billed monthly.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- No refunds for partially used monitoring months.
- If a technical fault on Autmic's infrastructure causes monitoring downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing month, a pro-rated credit may be issued. Contact support@autmic.com.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Subscription fees for completed billing periods
- RFQ lead access fees once leads have been delivered
- Verification / onboarding fees
- Any fees where the service has already been rendered
5. Vendor-to-Buyer Transactions
Autmic is a marketplace intermediary. Refunds for machinery purchases, installation services, AMC contracts, and spare parts purchased from vendors listed on Autmic are governed exclusively by the respective vendor's refund policy. Autmic does not process or guarantee refunds for vendor-to-buyer transactions.
In the event of a dispute with a vendor, please email support@autmic.com with relevant transaction details. Autmic may, at its discretion, assist with mediation.
6. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted to support@autmic.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for request.
- Refund eligibility will be assessed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Razorpay processing timelines may affect the date funds appear in your account.
