- Counterfeit, cloned, or unlicensed machinery
- Equipment that does not meet applicable safety standards
- Goods subject to legal restrictions or import/export controls

- GST number validation
- Business registration confirmation
- Contact detail verification
- Active paid subscription (Verified Vendor plan or above)
The Verified badge is displayed on the vendor's profile and listings. It may be revoked if the subscription lapses or verification documents are found to be invalid.
5. Lead and RFQ Handling
- Vendors must respond to buyer enquiries and RFQs within a reasonable timeframe (48 hours is recommended).
- Quoted prices must be honoured for a minimum of 7 days from the date of quotation unless market conditions change significantly, in which case the buyer must be notified.
- Vendors must not share or resell buyer contact information obtained through Autmic to third parties.
6. Ratings and Reviews
- Vendors may not offer incentives (cash, gifts, discounts) in exchange for positive reviews.
- Vendors may not submit reviews for their own listings or attempt to manipulate review scores.
- Vendors may respond to buyer reviews publicly via the platform (feature roadmap).
- Autmic may remove listings or suspend accounts where review manipulation is suspected.
7. Subscription and Fees
- Subscription fees are billed monthly. The plan determines listing limits, RFQ access, and badge status.
- Downgrading a plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
