How physical goods and services listed on Autmic are delivered and fulfilled.

1. Autmic's Role

Autmic is a B2B marketplace intermediary. We do not manufacture, stock, warehouse, or directly ship any physical machinery, spare parts, or equipment. All physical goods listed on Autmic are supplied by independent third-party vendors registered on the platform.

2. Physical Goods (Machinery & Spare Parts)

2.1 Shipping Responsibility

Shipping and logistics for all physical goods — including industrial machinery, CNC equipment, packaging machines, robotic systems, spare parts, and related items — are the sole responsibility of the respective vendor. Each vendor determines their own shipping methods, carriers, and costs.

2.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are communicated directly by the vendor at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
  • Timelines vary significantly by product type, manufacturer lead time, and geographic location.
  • Standard machinery: 2–12 weeks depending on availability and specifications.
  • Spare parts: 3–15 business days depending on stock and location.
  • Custom or made-to-order equipment: Timelines specified in the vendor's quotation.

2.3 Geographic Coverage

Vendors on Autmic ship across India and, where specified, internationally. Geographic coverage and associated costs are vendor-specific and should be confirmed directly with the vendor.

2.4 Damage & Discrepancies

Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy in goods received must be reported to the vendor within 48 hours of delivery. Autmic should also be notified at support@autmic.com if you require mediation assistance.

3. Installation & Commissioning Services

3.1 Scheduling

Installation and commissioning services are provided by vendors, contractors, or engineers registered on Autmic. Scheduling is coordinated directly between the buyer and the service provider after enquiry or contract agreement.

3.2 Timelines

  • Standard installation: agreed at the time of booking, typically within 1–4 weeks of equipment delivery.
  • Commissioning, PLC programming, and automation setup timelines vary by project scope.
  • Site readiness is the buyer's responsibility and may affect installation schedules.

3.3 Geographic Coverage

Installation contractors on Autmic cover major industrial cities and surrounding areas across India. Coverage per contractor is displayed on their profile. Remote or rural sites may require additional coordination and costs.

4. Digital Services (Subscriptions, IoT)

Autmic subscription plans are activated immediately upon successful payment. IoT monitoring features are activated within 24 hours of subscription confirmation, subject to device connectivity setup. No physical shipping applies to digital services.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, logistics disruptions, or events beyond the vendor's reasonable control (force majeure) do not constitute a breach of contract. Vendors are expected to communicate delays promptly. Buyers may contact support@autmic.com for assistance in such cases.
