1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Autmic platform (autmic.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Purics Creation Pvt Ltd(the operator of Autmic), registered in India.

2. Nature of the Platform

Autmic is a B2B intermediary marketplace. We connect industrial buyers, machine vendors, contractors, installation engineers, and service providers. Autmic is not the seller, manufacturer, lessor, installer, or service provider of any goods or services listed on the platform. All commercial transactions occur directly between the relevant buyer and vendor/service provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Autmic.
You must represent a legitimate business entity when registering as a vendor or contractor.
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@autmic.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Autmic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

All product and service listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Vendors must honour quoted prices and delivery timelines communicated to buyers.
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and compliance of their products and services.
Vendors must maintain valid GST registration and other applicable licences.
Vendors must respond to buyer enquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
Autmic subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must submit genuine RFQs and enquiries only.
Buyers must not contact vendors for purposes unrelated to platform transactions.
Buyers acknowledge that Autmic does not guarantee the quality or availability of vendor products or services.
Buyers are responsible for verifying vendor credentials before committing to a purchase.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Autmic:

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
Circumventing the platform to avoid fees after initial contact through Autmic
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Uploading malicious code, spam, or automated scraping
Impersonating another business or individual
Listing counterfeit, prohibited, or unlicensed goods
Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews

8. Reviews and Ratings

Buyers may submit reviews for vendors, machines, and services. Reviews must be based on genuine experience. Vendors may not offer incentives for positive reviews or submit reviews themselves. Autmic reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

9. Subscription Plans and Payments

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Autmic to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method each billing period. Subscription fees are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, trademarks, and content created by Autmic are the intellectual property of Purics Creation Pvt Ltd. Vendor listings, images, and descriptions remain the property of the respective vendors, who grant Autmic a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autmic and Purics Creation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

The quality, safety, legality, or availability of vendor products or services
Any direct or indirect losses arising from transactions between platform users
Delays, errors, or interruptions in platform availability
Any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

Autmic's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and vendors are primarily the responsibility of those parties. Autmic may, at its discretion, assist in mediation. For disputes involving Autmic directly, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Modifications

Autmic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice with at least 14 days' prior notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
